Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Luuned platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the our services.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have explicit parental consent if you are a minor (under 18). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information.

Profile Integrity: Professionals must not misrepresent their qualifications.

Single Account: Each user is limited to one primary account unless otherwise authorized.

Prohibited Conduct

Luuned is a professional environment. We strictly prohibit any activity that interferes with the platform's integrity or harms other users.

Bypassing the Platform: Users must not solicit or process payments outside of Luuned.

Data Scraping: Use of manual or automated systems to extract data is prohibited.

Harassment: Zero tolerance for any form of hate speech, bullying, or inappropriate behavior.

Academic Dishonesty: Using the platform to cheat or facilitate plagiarism is a violation of our terms.

Intellectual Property

The Luuned name, logo, and all platform content are the exclusive property of Luuned Education Platform and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended educational purpose.

Payments & Subscriptions

All transactions are final once a session is completed. Luuned reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

Fees: Tutors and mentors set their own rates, subject to Luuned service commissions.

Refunds: Processing follows our specific Tutoring Policy for cancellations and disputes.

Taxes: Users are responsible for their own tax obligations based on their local jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

Luuned provides a marketplace for educational services. We are not liable for the quality of instruction provided by third-party tutors or mentors, though we vet all professionals.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee 100% uptime of the platform.

Indirect Damages: Luuned is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from session outcomes.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial laws. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated by Luuned Management.
