Professional Code of Conduct

  • Mutual Respect: All interactions must maintain the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism.
  • Integrity: Tutors and mentors must provide accurate information regarding their credentials and experience.
  • Boundaries: All communication must stay within the Luuned platform to ensure safety and record-keeping.
  • Academic Honesty: Tutors facilitate learning; they do not complete assignments or exams for students.

Scheduling & Attendance

  • Punctuality: Both parties are expected to join the session within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time.
  • Technical Readiness: Ensure stable internet and working audio/video before the session begins.
  • Recordings: Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and safety purposes.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

To respect the time of our global professionals, we enforce a strict 24-hour policy.

  • More than 24h Notice: Full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Less than 24h Notice: 50% of the session fee is retained to compensate the educator.
  • No-Show: 100% of the session fee is non-refundable if the student fails to join within 15 minutes.

Payment & Financials

  • Secure Processing: All payments are handled via encrypted international gateways.
  • Transparent Pricing: The price shown at checkout is final, including all applicable service fees.
  • Payouts: Professionals receive earnings after successful completion and verification of the session.

Safeguarding & Student Protection

Student safety is our non-negotiable priority.

  • Vetting: Every tutor and mentor undergoes a rigorous multi-stage verification of ID and background.
  • Zero Tolerance: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior results in immediate permanent banning.
  • Reporting: Students can flag any concerns via the 'Report Incident' button in their dashboard.

Dispute Resolution

In the rare event of a disagreement, Luuned acts as a neutral mediator.

  • Mediation: Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the session completion.
  • Evidence: We review session logs, chat history, and recordings to find a fair resolution.
  • Finality: Luuned Management's decision on credits or refunds is final.
